Cancelling
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@axionexmanagement.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
- New subscriptions may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment.
- After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Annual plans cancelled after 14 days are not refunded pro rata.
How to request a refund
Email info@axionexmanagement.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
